Lars Berge (1907-1991) was from the Berge farm in Sand. He was the heir to the farm and ran it with his brother Odd and sister Marta. Lars played the Hardanger fiddle and accordion, and was a skilled singer. Here he sings three verses of the well-known Kråkevisa, with a melody that is a unique local variant from Sand. Åshild Vetrhus (b. 1978) sings a short piece after Marta Bjerga: Henta, bringa, knusa, koka kaffien.
