Gladmat Festival 2026

Welcome to Suldal's tent in Vågen during this year's Gladmat!

Here you can enjoy delicious culinary experiences made from local ingredients, drop by our grilling area, meet the food entrepreneurs, and truly join the food festival again this year!

A total of 15 different vendors from Suldal are ready to give you the summer's best culinary experience! Here you'll find everything from modern street food to traditional baked goods, various meat dishes from the grill, local small dishes and urban combinations, and much more.

The food is paired with Suldal drops from our own farm brewery, vineyard, and fruit farm. We call it Food Treasures from Suldal!

ROTATING MENU – ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW!
We focus on small-scale production, where the Suldal chefs from our restaurants and cafes compose the dishes directly at the stand, based on the ingredients we have available. Therefore, the menu is updated daily throughout the festival – so you are constantly served new flavor combinations from Suldal's Treasure Chest.

This year's Gladmat dish from Suldal
is a wild combination of excellent ingredients with both crispy and tangy elements! The dish will be revealed when the stand opens on Wednesday, June 24th, precisely at 12:00 PM.
