


Nesflaten is a small village in Suldal, surrounded by mountains and Suldalsvatnet lake. The area is particularly known for its unique architectural design, with Geir Grung responsible for the design of Energihotellet (the Energy Hotel) and the power station. The area is an excellent starting point for cycling, hiking, and fishing. There is also a local grocery store, a petrol pump, and a couple of local shops in the village. At Energihotellet, you can order food in their restaurant, swim in their heated pool during the summer season, rent fishing equipment, and rent e-bikes.
The public parking lot is located on the quay with a great view of Suldalsvatnet.

Hydrokaien is an excellent parking area right by the fjord, well-suited for campers and motorhomes. Here you'll be close to the beach, shops, and more.

The Ropeid Peninsula is a great starting point for fishing, hiking, and cycling trips. Settle down in beautiful Vatlandsvåg!

Lindum Salmon Manor is an impressive building from the era when Englishmen came to Suldal for salmon fishing. Today, they offer camping and cabins in a relaxed setting.
