The trip over Reinsheia is 13 km long and is a fantastic circular tour for the more experienced skier. Here you truly ascend to the high mountain plateau and get the feeling that you have the mountain entirely to yourself, with the blue sky above you.
The trip starts in Breiastøldalen, heading towards Sandsa. Just before the last bend down towards the lake, you turn left uphill around a rocky outcrop on a marked trail. From here, you continue with a steady climb into the mountains before starting the descent at Bakkane. The trip is categorized as red.
Breiastøldalen is located just above Gullingen when you turn off from RV 13 on your way up the mountain. You turn off past the Tourist Centre and continue past the ski lift.
