Mosvatnet lit trail and ski area

Mosvatnet ski area is a wonderful recreational area for the whole family with trails of varying lengths and difficulty levels. Here you will also find a lit trail and a dedicated children's trail.

From the ski lodge by the parking lot, you'll find a lit trail that forms a nice loop, offering a great skiing experience after the sun has set. The total length of this trail is 3.3 km (blue category), with a children's route making up 1 km of this loop (green category). For the more experienced skier, you can extend the loop to a more challenging 7.5 km trip towards Hedlebrekk (blue category) or the 8 km loop around Mosvatnet (blue category). You can also take the trail towards Vaneheia (red category) or the summit hike up to Natlandsnuten (red category) from this area.

End the day with a visit to Gullingen Tourist Centre and Mountain Camping for a good dinner, or to play a bit in the ski play area by the campfire hut.

You'll find Mosvatnet ski area by turning off towards Gullingen from RV 13 and continuing up the mountain. Do not turn left towards the Tourist Centre; instead, continue to the right for another 50 meters. Then you will see the parking lot by the ski lodge.
