Outdoor hot tub, climbing wall, slides, and kiosk at Suldal Bad

Suldal Bad is the public swimming facility for all of Suldal, an attraction and activity paradise for both young and old, residents and tourists alike. The facility offers a large main pool, children's pool, therapy pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, climbing wall, slide, and much more. Suldal Bad is located at Eide on Sand, with fantastic views of the surrounding fjord landscape.

Main Pool

The facility features a main pool measuring 25 x 12.5 meters. This pool has 6 lanes and a temperature of 28 degrees Celsius.

Children's Pool

Our children's pool has a temperature of 34 degrees Celsius, providing a comfortable space where our youngest guests can enjoy play and fun. The pool ranges from 15 cm to 30 cm at its deepest, featuring fountains and a movable slide.

Therapy Pool

In the wellness area, there is a therapy pool maintained at a temperature of 34 degrees Celsius. The pool is 0.9 m at its shallowest and 1.5 m at its deepest. In addition to a wheelchair ramp, the therapy pool features massage jets and seating benches.

Sauna

Between the therapy pool and the main pool, you will find a sauna. The sauna is communal, but young children should not use it. Swimwear is mandatory. The sauna temperature will be 80-90 degrees Celsius.

Jacuzzi

An 8-person jacuzzi is located outdoors. This is a comfortable spot where you can take a break from everyday life and simply enjoy the beautiful view and the warm 38-degree Celsius water.  

Slide and Activities

A 65-meter-long slide runs through the room, ending in a small landing pool. This slide includes a timer. You'll also find a 3-meter-high and 2.6-meter-wide climbing wall installed alongside the main pool, a diving tower with various springboards, and fixed diving platforms at different heights.

Cafe/Kiosk

Suldal Bad has its own kiosk/cafe by the reception, serving both in the dry and wet zones. There is also a small swim shop selling swimwear and swimming equipment.

Easily accessible: Suldal Bad has a family changing room with a shower and toilet adapted for wheelchair users. In addition, they offer aids such as a wet-zone wheelchair, shower and toilet chair with tilt, mobile person lift, standing lift, and changing table. If you need any of these aids, please contact them in advance so they can have everything ready for your arrival.
