Vikane Hyttetun is an idyllic spot nestled between high mountains and a stone's throw from the beautiful Suldalsvatnet. This over 100-year-old farmstead has been converted and restored into comfortable cabins where you can still feel the cozy, old-fashioned atmosphere. The old barn has been converted into 3 well-appointed apartments. Here you can choose to stay in Stallen (the Stable), Fjoset (the Cowshed), or Løa (the Barn). And of course, the old Huset (House) is also a great option.
By the beach, you'll find the sauna and hot tub. The barbecue hut, used for serving groups, is also located there. You can enjoy delicious, homemade food.
Want to explore Suldalsvatnet up close? As a guest, you can borrow canoes – perfect for a peaceful trip on the water or a fishing adventure. Fishing licenses can be purchased at inatur.no.
